Proof Nana

Proof Nana, born Jacob Haihambo, is a Namibian singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur from Tsumeb. His musical journey began in 2008 as a lead singer in a church choir before evolving into a recording career that blends soulful storytelling with African rhythm.
He has released multiple projects including Es Nxa (2021), Look At Me (2022), Step By Step (2023), Overflow (2024), Tardis (2025), and his latest EP Milk and Honey (2026), mixed and mastered by KBoz.
Songs like “Time Will Tell” and “Aakwamungu” have gained strong streaming numbers and traction on social media. His music has gained recognition across Kenya, Angola, Nigeria, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Germany.
Proof Nana is also the founder of African Jam Studios, and the creator of the emerging genre Ongovela Music, a sound rooted in African storytelling and soul.
