Born Aron Panduleni Nambahu, professionally known as Mr Well Done, is a promising emerging
Namibian artist who hail from a small dusty town of Oshikango located in the Northern part of
the country. His passion for music took root at a young age, writing songs throughout high
school but it wasn’t until 2023 that he committed to pursuing music professionally with the
release of his single “Senorita.” The track gained notable attention on local radio stations
including Touch FM, NBC National Radio and Fresh FM, and earned him interviews on popular
TV and radio shows such as Whatagwan and Good Morning Namibia. Mr Well Done’s musical
ascent has not been without challenges. He continues to navigate obstacles like limited industry
support, financial constraints, difficulty securing gigs, not fairly compensated by event
organizers for his work and the absence of formal management or A&R backing. Even so, his
dedication to his craft remains unwavering — fueled by the belief that persistence and talent will
carry him forward.
Besides those challenges, Mr Well Done remains committed to his art and he believed one day
he will make it out like any other big artist. Mr Well Done was born and bred in a very toxic
environment marked with limited opportunities and with high school dropouts, substance abuse
etc, and a mix of vulnerability, passion and poverty were the catalyst to his budding career. He
has a wide range of musical tastes renowned for his distinctive sound of Afrobeats, Afro-R&B,
Afro-piano and Afro-Soul. His music frequently uses catchy melodies, upbeat rhythms and
relatable lyrics. Initially treating music as a hobby, he eventually recognized it as his true calling
— something he pursues with utmost seriousness and professional intent. His inspiration comes
from a mix of local and international artists, including Wizkid, Page Ethnix, Runtown, Mr Eazi,
Maleek Berry, Yeezir, Don Kamati, and King Elegant, whose diverse styles inform his
evolving sound.

Since “Senorita,” Mr Well Done has continued to expand his discography with tracks like
“Energy (feat. Bstar)”, “On the Sofa (feat. Bstar)” “Efimbo (feat. Mr Dare, Bstar, Bra Sox &
Sinso Mayan)”, and other Afrobeat-influenced songs that showcase his versatility and growth
as an artist.
Beyond entertainment, he views music as a powerful force for inspiration, education, unity,
and upliftment, often saying that “Music is better than people.” He dreams of releasing timeless
music that not only solidifies his presence in the Namibian music industry but also opens doors
to major performances both nationally and internationally.
