From signup to first withdrawal

Register on DONLU Africa as an artist. Your profile page goes live immediately — add your bio, photo, genre and social links.
Upload your music
Upload tracks, albums or EPs from your DAMP Studio. Add artwork, genre tags and release info. Your music goes live on the platform after review.
Verify for DAMP
Submit your ID through DAMP Studio to join the monetisation programme. Once approved — typically 1 to 3 business days — every stream starts earning.
Withdraw your earnings
When your balance hits N$1,000 (N$500 on Artist Pro), request a withdrawal from DAMP Studio. Payments processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Common questions
Is DONLU Africa free to join as an artist? ⌄
Yes. Creating an artist account is completely free. You can upload up to 10 tracks, earn from streams at the free DAMP rate (N$0.0008/stream), and access basic DAMP Studio analytics at no cost.
What are the DAMP eligibility requirements? ⌄
To join DAMP you need at least 1,000 streams in the last 30 days, 50 or more followers, at least 1 published track, and a verified identity (government-issued ID submitted through DAMP Studio). Once approved, all future streams on your verified tracks generate earnings.
What is the difference between Artist Free and Artist Pro? ⌄
Artist Free gives you up to 10 track uploads and earns N$0.0008 per stream with a N$1,000 withdrawal minimum. Artist Pro at N$99/month gives you unlimited uploads, a higher rate of N$0.0018 per stream (2.25 times more), a N$500 withdrawal minimum, priority placement, advanced analytics and a verified Pro badge on your profile.
What happens to my music if I cancel Artist Pro? ⌄
Your tracks stay live on the platform. If you have more than 10 uploads, you won't be able to add new ones until you're back under the free limit. Your DAMP earnings to date are unaffected and can still be withdrawn.
How does payment work? ⌄
Artist Pro subscriptions are billed via PayToday through our secure WooCommerce checkout. DAMP earnings are paid out separately via EFT or PayPal in Namibian Dollars, processed within 5 to 7 business days of a withdrawal request.
Can I upload music videos, albums and playlists? ⌄
Yes. DONLU Africa supports singles, albums, EPs, music videos, playlists and short-form audio. Each format has its own upload flow accessible from your DAMP Studio dashboard.
